'PEO' stands for Professional Engagement Organisation
Profressional Engagement Organisations, or sometimes called contractor management companies, take on the payroll and/or employer responsibilities of their clients.
The type and method of engagement is tailored to the specific requirements. This means it may be as simple as processing of the payroll on behalf of the client, or as complex as full engagement of the individual, including employment and insurance coverage such as public liability, professional indemnity and workers compensation.
